With over 10 years of experience in agriculture, Elisha leads MAYODE GROUP with a commitment to innovation and sustainability, ensuring our goals align with community needs.
He hold a Bachelor Degree of Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University.
He is responsible for managing MAYODE's financial health. He ensures meticulous record-keeping, accurate financial reporting, and transparent fiscal operations, underpinning our commitment to accountability and sustainable growth across all our initiatives.
He is a cornerstone of MAYODE's operational integrity and strategic planning.He manages all financial aspects, from daily transactions and budget oversight to long-term financial forecasting. He also hold a Bachelor Degree in Construction Engineering from University of Dar Es Salaam (UDSM).
He is pivotal in developing MAYODE's essential infrastructure. His role is to oversees the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, including critical irrigation schemes and storage facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency to support our agricultural operations and expansion.
His expert leads the strategic development and implementation of vital projects, such as modern irrigation systems and robust post-harvest facilities. She has Bachelor Degree of Law from Mzumbe University.
